About Alyssa

Hi, my name is Alyssa! I have a Bachelor's degree in Child Development with a background in pediatric nursing, EMS, and teaching ESE Pre-K. I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I have years of experience caring for infants and medically fragile children. I am BLS certified and have completed 45 hours of DCF childcare training. I have my own vehicle for transportation, I am a non-smoker, and I am comfortable with any pets. I understand the importance of attentive, compassionate care, maintaining a safe environment, and creating a consistent routine that helps children feel comfortable and secure. Whether I'm supporting developmental milestones, engaging in age-appropriate play, helping with homework, preparing meals, or following an established routine, I strive to make every child feel loved, supported, and valued.
