Alyssa is Amazing! We were victims of the labor shortage & without a nanny for >1month, and we were so lucky to have Alyssa watch our 3 kids for us, ages 8yo, 6yo, & 16mo, while on her winter break from college for a week, while waiting for to our new nanny to start. I can't rave about her enough! She jumped right in to help without being asked! She didn't miss a beat, fit easily right into our family, never needed instructions twice or additional reminders. The kids immediately loved her. She's patient, kind, attentive, and very sweet. Doesn't raise her voice, keeps the kids super happy and plays with them while simultaneously making sure their needs are met, setting boundaries, keeping them safe, and making sure they're playing fairly and all included. She also made the kids meals, encouraged the kids to pick up after themselves, and kept the kitchen tidy! She is truly wonderful! We can't wait to have you back again, Alyssa!
