Alyson has been an amazing nanny. She cared for our 6mo baby as part of a long-term nanny share with one other baby and I truly can't say enough good things about her. She is punctual and reliable, responsible and trustworthy. She takes initiative (signed the two babies up for a weekly music class, which they love!) and is always doing crafts or sensory activities with our kiddos. She has extensive infant experience and it shows - she keeps our babies on their schedules effortlessly, and is always reading to them or making them laugh. She has done some weekend babysitting for my 3yo toddler as well, and he absolutely adores her - she's truly great with kids of all ages! We are moving and just devastated to be losing her, but feel lucky to have had her as long as we did. Can't recommend Alyson highly enough!
