About Alysha

Hi! My name is Alysha. I most recently worker as Family Support Specialist with Healthy Families Indiana, where I worked directly with families with children ages 0-3. My work involved supporting parents, providing child-development education, helping families navigate resources, and promoting healthy development and safe parenting practices. My most recent endeavor has also been becoming a mom myself, which has given me even more hands-on experience with infant care and the day-to-day needs of a young baby. I'm comfortable with bottle feeding, diapering, soothing, naps, age-appropriate play, tummy time, and maintaining a child's usual routine. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience working with infants and young children in both a professional and personal setting. I'm dependable, responsible, and comfortable following parents' instructions and routines. I also understand the importance of communication and keeping parents updated while they're away.
