I Hired Alyse, she agreed to come to work & i scheduled her…she then texted & said she could not work that day but could the next…I scheduled her for the next day & she confirmed…the next day she did not show up. I notified her 40 min after the scheduled time. She never responded. The last text from her said she was excited about the job, then crickets. Her behavior showed a lack of maturity & integrity…For that reason, i sent her a text notifying her that I was resending my job offer
