About Alonnah

Greetings!! I am a certified teacher. I am licensed to teach students in grades Pre-K to 3rd grade. I have 15 years of teaching pre-k and kindergarten students in reading and math. Currently I am a kindergarten teacher at an elementary school in Bartlett, TN. I have several years of experience tutoring students in grades Pre-K to 2nd grade in reading and math skills. I love to teach young learners and promoting early childhood readiness in reading and math. I have a passion and knowledge for teaching the foundational skills in reading. I am compassionate and recognize the potential in all students. My goal is to create passionate readers and development students' confidence in becoming independent readers. I look forward to tutoring your child and assisting them with their academic needs. I can tutor in-person or online. If tutoring in-person, I prefer to meet at a library or another suitable location.
