About Alondra

Alondra sets the standard for nannies! My kids and I truly love her! When Alondra was working with us, daughter was 2 and my son is 9 months. This is not a easy combo but Alondra managed it like a pro and taught me so much along the way. I cannot say enough about how great and professional she is but here are of few standout skills/qualities: 1) Punctual: She is right on time 99.999% of the time. There were a 1-2 days when the weather was horrible or she had to run an errand but she informed me well in advance and it was NEVER a ongoing occurrence. 2) Knowledgeable: Alondra truly embodies the job. She is immersed in childcare methodologies and does her research! My daughter was having a lot of big feelings and Alondra tried and tested various approaches with her until she figured out what worked best. My daughter is smart and spirited but Alondra managed to make a strong connection and guide her with grace. I learned so much from her about different approaches to tantrums, parenting, etc. She genuinely cares about the kids and it showed in her knowledge and passion. 3) Trustworthy: There are very few people a trust with my kids. Im a bit of a "mama bear" but Alondra I whole heartedly trusted with my babies! She's also a mom so I know she understands and she always went the extra mile to send me photos and share updates. She was highly communicative. She would also help me with other chores or tasks when there was down time. My family started calling her Lady Lala and I hope that gains momentum. Its been over a month since my kids have seen her and my daughter still asks for her regularly. To this day, I still use the parenting skills she taught me. We miss her dearly.
