About Alondra

I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience in nurturing and educating children. My passion for working with children stems from my babysitting roles in the past. I am currently working at a Private Montessori Infant Center and have been here for almost 3 years! I find working with children and helping their little minds grow rewarding. I consider myself to be patient, calm, and friendly. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I provide verbal updates during pickup and send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day to keep parents informed about their child's activities and any issues that may arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the lead of the parents to ensure consistency for the child. I enjoy engaging children in various games and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. Board games, puzzles, and educational games are some of my favorites.
