About Alondra

As a caregiver with over 6 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting families and providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. My previous babysitting roles inspired me to pursue a career in childcare, where I could positively impact children's lives. I am known for my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creativity and imagination. Effective communication is key, so I provide parents with written daily reports and have verbal conversations during pickup, always respecting their preferred communication method. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging in age from infants to preteens. My college degree and training in First Aid and CPR further enhance my ability to provide quality care.
