We hired Alma for our first born when I returned to work. She helped us get our son into a great nap routine and form good sleep habits (even during an awful 4 month regression!). She is gentle, kind and so patient with littles. She was great at promoting tummy time and body stretches (our son had minor torticollis). We had a nanny share and she kept both kids on great schedules with outside play and baby led weaning. She was always on time and easy to communicate with. If she hadn’t moved further away, we would have kept her on as our nanny until he heads off to preschool!
