We hired Alma part-time when my twins were four months and we had a freshly-turned three-year-old. I ever needed full-time help, Alma is the person I would ask. She has been an amazing nanny for our family. She is always very playful and engaged with the children, while also keeping everyone safe. It’s very clear that she is passionate about child and baby development. When my twins had ear infections, she had them laughing and playing so much that you would not even know they were feeling sick. She is happy to do what it takes to get my twins to nap at the same time, whether that is walking them in the stroller up and down the block for an hour or holding them both in the rocking chair for a contact nap. My 3-year-old always asks me when Alma is coming over next, because he is crazy about her too. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have Alma as part of our family during this very busy season of our lives, and I plan on keeping in touch with her for many years for babysitting jobs. I high recommend her to anyone looking for part-time or full-time help.
