Alma cared for our 6 month old baby while our nanny was sick. It was reassuring to know that she’s raised two babies of her own and has worked in daycares, so she has a lot of experience. She took great care of our baby - she got on the floor and played with him, followed instructions well, and got him to sleep with no crying (our baby can be a bit fussy with new people and naps). She was very responsive when I checked in and very kind. We would definitely hire her again
