Alma is very honest and reliable. I knew right away I could trust her even tho she seems very young she is very mature. When I hired her she came in with such a fun and enthusiastic attitude which was so nice to have around for my daughter. Whenever Alma had an emergency or needed the day off she was so good at communicating, which I appreciated so much with the hectic schedule I have. I could go on about Alma but something that I loved was that she not only cared for my baby girl but also taught her manners and to be polite and caring towards everyone, like I said Alma is young but she teaches kids things a lot of us parents forget sometimes. I would definitely recommend Alma as your caregiver she is like a family member to me!
