About Alma

Alma has been a caregiver for my children (now five and eight) since my oldest was two. I struggled to trust anyone to watch my daughter (just being a new mom) and Alma was and still is a perfect fit for me. She is kind, patient, loving, and attentive. We have never had any conflict or drama, and any time there was a concern (from her or I) about anything, even tiny things, we worked it out in a quick conversation. She is reliable, communicative, and she plays with the kids. Any time I ask for photos because I miss the girls, I get them, which I love. Beyond her professionalism, she has two amazing children of her own. Because of Alma and her children, my oldest daughter can speak Spanish and my youngest can comprehend Spanish and speak at a basic level. My children love when Alma is working, and the only problem I have is the feeling of missing out when I leave (which is the absolute best problem to have when you have to leave anyway). I have never once worried for their safety or the quality of care. When my youngest was two she called Alma “the Alma who loves me.” I am so grateful she has chosen to work with children, and I honestly can’t imagine my time with young kids without her support. 100 percent recommend. Easy.
