About Ally

Hi! My name is Ally and I currently work at Johnston Community School District as an associate for kids with special needs. I have seven years of childcare experience from newborn to 12 years. When working with children, I love keeping them engaged through activities that encourage creativity, learning, and play. I believe in balancing fun with responsibility, and I'm attentive to each child's unique needs and routines. I always focus on creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. I am patient, reliable, and detail-oriented, and I always go the extra mile to ensure families feel confident leaving their loved ones in my care. In my spare time, I like to junk journal, collect baseball cards and read books:) One thing you should know about me is I genuinely enjoy what I do. Teaching and supporting kids is my absolute passion in life. I would choose this path in every lifetime. Kids are what will shape our future and I am so honored to be apart of that.
