About Allyson

I'm passionate about helping children grow and develop, and I have 7 years of experience as a childcare provider- starting my first job in a daycare. My current job is teaching high school students- which I love because of my love to work with kids. I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a patient, calm, and caring personality, and I communicate regularly with parents about their children's day. I prefer not to enforce strict rules but rather to focus on teaching children through positive reinforcement. I love playing both educational and physical games with children, and I'm a certified teacher with coursework in early childhood development. I'm also comfortable helping with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. As a caregiver, my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children to learn and grow.
