About Allyson

I'm passionate about supporting families and helping children grow and learn. I have a college degree and four years of experience as a nanny with a wide variety of families with various needs and family cultures. Before nannying, I worked as a volunteer director and outreach coordinator for a couple of local children's theaters. These roles taught me how to foster creativity while maintaining order and calm. I've spent the past year working as an ABA therapist for children with Autism. This role has provided me with over 40 hours of child development and behavioral intervention training. I often hear from families that a bring a calm, yet uplifting presence into the home. I live to engage kids with pretend okay and a lot of outdoor time to encourage them in using their imaginations. I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children, and I'm excited about the opportunity to work with your family.
