About Allyson

Hello! I had experience many years ago as a nanny for a family, which was an experience I loved that enriched my life in many ways. I have a strong background in professional development and leadership and my most recent professional experience is as a pre-school teacher, with the core of that experience being with toddlers. My experience with running a classroom, maintaining a schedule/routine, and facilitating fun, engaging, and educational activities all while focusing on nurturing and supporting children's growth have only added to what I learned all of those years ago as a nanny. I am a big believer that play is how children (and honestly most people) learn best, and that it can always exist in the same environment as accountability and responsibility.
