About Allyson

I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and passionate. I like working with kids to see the growth they make when in safe environments. It offers a deeply rewarding experience of seeing tangible progress and the ability to make a significant, positive difference in their and their families' lives. I started working with kids when I was in high school, it was my first job! In my spare time, I like to go up to the mountains and look for flowers and rocks. I love painting, drawing, and puzzling as well! One thing you should know about me is I have been working as a registered behavioral therapist for the last year and a half. I implement behavior intervention plans and target goals with patients in one on one sessions. My skills include behavioral intervention, collaboration, and adaptability.
