About Allysha

I have over a decade of experience working with kids, starting out as a babysitter when I was 12 to nannying full-time to working as a behavioral therapist with children on the spectrum. I am dedicated to nurturing and supporting the growth of children and making sure they have a fun and positive experience with their babysitter/nanny. My creative and friendly personality allows me to connect easily with children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. With a graduate degree as well as a strong understanding of child development, I am confident in my ability to provide a well-rounded and enriching experience for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I am comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously and enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment.
