My name is Allison and I would be thrilled to work with your family. I moved to Tennessee from California about 3 years ago. I have been caring for children privately and professionally for many years and I have worked with children of all ages. For the past two and a half years I worked as a daycare teacher where I oversaw children of the ages from birth to five years. I also have two sweet baby brothers that are the ages of three years and nine months that I love so much. I spend most of my free time with them on our families little farm. My favorite things about children are how big their imaginations are and their unconditional love for all. I love how creative they can be! I started working with kids when I graduated high school. I started out as a nanny of three and then I became a daycare teacher and have worked in a school setting for three years now. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside if the weather is nice, spend time with my family, and hit the gym.

I have known Allison for 2+ years now and met her because she was my younger son’s teacher when he was in the infant room at our beloved church daycare/preschool (full time program). My son started at 3 months and as a mom, it’s so hard to leave your little baby, but Allison was always so reassuring and it was apparent she truly cared for him. She always made sure to update me on his day and send me pictures, which I love! She would even offer suggestions based on her observations, like noting when it might be worth adjusting his nap schedule. She is mature beyond her years and is so great with little ones. She also has two younger siblings so she has lots of experience with littles! In addition to our experience with Allison at daycare, she has babysat for us in our home on many, many occasions. My kids are now 2.5 and 4 and they LOVE when Allison comes over. She is my #1 choice when I need a babysitter. She is reliable and trustworthy (important to me as a mom), and FUN (important for my kids). She will take them on walks, play outside, play games, she even lets my 4 year old paint her fingernails! We love Allison and highly recommend her for childcare.
