About Allison

Hello there! My name is Allison (or Allie) and am looking for a full time position. I currently work for the YMCA and have filled multiple roles there, such as camp counselor, before and after school care worker, lead child watch staff, and assistant preschool teacher. I am also a mother of 4, 2 of them school age and the other 2 preschool age. That being said, I will need to bring my preschool agers with to babysit your child/children. In my (very) spare time, I enjoy reading, playing board games, hiking and biking. I know what it's like to have a lot going on, and I also know how to balance our priorities. When it comes to discipline, I say what I mean and give reasonable expectations while following through. Despite having to get myself and four small humans ready in the mornings, I pride myself on being able to arrive at work on time.
