About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison, I am 24 and I'm a graduate student at Columbia. I have experience with young children 1-year-old and younger. I also have experience teaching children. During college I was a regular baby sitter for a 1-year-old girl. Care involved feeding, dipper changes, bathing, and entertaining/playing. I was a mentor with Science Club for Girls in Boston where I taught a science curriculum and set up activities for young girls ages 6-8. This was a weekly after school activity. That's I participles in for 2 years. I am looking for a job where I can make some extra money but also something that is fulfilling. I love being around children and have always looked for opportunities to help my community in this aspect. I would love to enter into a similar role again as a start my life in NYC.
