When I was in graduate school I was a home helper for 2 years. I would stop by 3 days a week for a few hours to help pick up around the house and maintain cleanliness for a busy family. I also took care of their dog (walking & feeding). I basically did the things the family didn't have time to keep up with throughout the day, I am in no way qualified for deep cleaning although I am happy to learn.
