I have experience working with children from about 18 months to 12 years old. I've worked as a preschool teacher and currently work at a daycare caring for infants and toddlers and I also work part time as a respite worker for a family. I'm also a mom to a little girl who is turning 4 soon, so I'm very familiar with the routines and needs of toddlers and young children. I have my Associate's in Child Development and special education along with my Child Development permits, and I'm currently studying Communication Disorders at CSUN to become a speech therapist. She cared for my daughter from 18 months old through age 3, and I truly trusted her with so much of our daily life. She did far more than basic babysitting. She took her to the park, appointments, and grocery shopping, planned art activities and cooking activities, read books with her, helped keep things tidy, gave medication when needed, and cared for her so gently when she was sick. She was dependable, attentive, nurturing, and really involved in my child’s growth and routine. I’m very grateful for the care and support she gave our family, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring.
