Allie was our beloved nanny for 10 months for my daughter starting at 6months old. She just has a natural inclination with children, it was clear from the start. She is well-versed in infant care, followed all instructions so carefully and was extremely conscientious to bring anything up that concerned her. My daughter absolutely adored her, they formed a tight bond quickly and I not only know she was safe and cared for, but also would be reading, learning, playing fun games and having a great time all day. Your family would be lucky to have your children in Allie's care. Bonus - she is great with dogs as well, its hard to say if my dog or baby loved her more. The only reason we had to split ways was because our family relocated. Believe me, I tried to get her to come along!
