About Allison

I'd describe my personality as spontaneous, organized, and energetic!\n\nI like working with kids because I have the chance to make a positive impact in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding building a relationship with each kid and seeing their growth!\n\nOne thing you should know about me is I am a swim instructor, CPR/AED and first aid certified! I also work at a large daycare facility back home and have babysat for many years! I love structure but even more to have fun!\n\nI am understanding of each child requiring different needs.\nProviding any and all necessary care!\nI am always willing to do any extra chores/cleaning!
