About Allison

I began my childcare journey as a teen babysitter and mentor, eventually transitioning into professional nanny work with a specialized agency contract for a family of five, including toddler twins and a newborn. After relocating from Lancaster, PA, to Phoenix, AZ, I supported a military family during deployment. During the pandemic, I earned my Paraprofessional certification and worked in a special education classroom. While this role was deeply meaningful, my passion for one-on-one care led me back to nannying. I successfully supported a Phoenix family through the challenges of lockdown and remote kindergarten, focusing on educational enrichment. Most recently, I spent three years homeschooling my daughter from K-2. Now that she has transitioned to public school, I am eager to return to the workforce and find a position where I can utilize my diverse background to help other families.
