About Allison

Allison has been THE answer for our family in trying to find someone we truly felt good about leaving our 1 year old son with. There are so many sitters and so many bios that feel full of fluff that it's hard to find someone who actually backs up their bio. We can say without a doubt that Allison is the REAL DEAL. She has a very peaceful energy that was noticeable from day one and has been incredibly prompt and communicative. Her adaptability to our non-traditional ways of raising our son has been seamless, namely our choice to not follow traditional sleep training. We have also appreciated how well she balances interacting with him and letting him explore and be his own little guy at the same time. She's the type of person who we have felt comfortable both leaving our son with but also just being around in general even when one or both of us is home. She has a gentle way of helping him transition when we leave and he's upset and is an absolute pro at helping him ease into a nap. We are lucky to have found Allison and I believe it goes without saying we couldn't recommend her enough.
