About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison and I am 28 years old. I have spent the past 4 years working as a Kindergarten Associate for the West Des Moines schools where I decided go back to school for my elementary education degree in January of 2023. As I am nearing my last year of school, classes have consumed all of my time and I needed to step away from that position as it was too difficult to manage being both a full time student and full time associate. I have had over a decade of experience working with children of all ages. I have worked in various roles such as daycares, preschools and most recently for the West Des Moines school district. I find joy in watching children grow and learn. I am patient, calm, and always ready to engage their creativity and imagination with fun and educational activities.
