About Allison

Over the last 8 years, I have babysat kids from 9 months old to 12 years old, coached a high school color guard team, nannied/tutored for a family with a kindergartener and 4th grader while their kids had virtual classes, and worked for two summers as a camp counselor for first and second graders. I am first aid and CPR certified. I enjoy coming up with activities like crafts and science experiments to promote curiosity and creativity. I think it's important to work with parents to understand the unique needs of their families, and I enjoy getting to know each kid and student I work with to understand what excites them. I am a current graduate student pursuing a PhD in Chemistry with an interest in teaching! My availability is dependent on my class schedule each term, but my Fridays-Sundays are always flexible.
