Supervisor How long have you known them? 4 years What type of work did he/she do when they started work with you? English Teacher What type of work did they do when they finished? English Teacher and advisor Did she/he work with any children with autism or learning differences? Yes If so, how many/how often? Allison worked with several students with varying learning differences 5 days a week. What stands out about their work? What are they particularly good at? Allison has a great sense of humor and was able to make even tedious tasks fun for the children. Comment to their ability and skills w/ children, ie, ability to play w/ children/make it fun: The children always looked forward to the fun class time with Allison. Comment to skills w/ parents/families; communication, behavior. She always made sure to check in with parents each day and sought those out whose students needed extra guidance.
