Hi! I'd describe myself as nurturing , caring and patient I like caring for seniors because I enjoyed taking care of my grandparents. I saw firsthand how important it was to have good care and if it wasn't family, it needed to be someone just as supportive and loving. I'm looking for a job that has flexibility with regard to having a child in high school still but building a relationship with a family that needs help for their parent 1-2 days a week. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dogs. Go up north. Read and garden. Travel. I value the time I spend with my work families but also still must make my family important in between and do request a work schedule planned a month ahead. My skills include companionship, meal prep, toileting/showering, activities of daily living , wound care, general house tidying, pet care, medication mgmt. Organizing.
