About Allison

I started working with kids in 2018. I was a part of a program called the WISEE Program (Workforce Innovation to support Early Education) which consisted of classes, events, and programs that all contributed to me becoming a childcare provider. This program consisted of 50 hours of child development activities, EDU119, as well as several hours observing classrooms. I completed that program and began an internship where I assisted a 2-3-year-old classroom and then began working there as an assistant teacher working with ages 6 months to 12 years. I've taken 15 credit hours of early childhood courses at Forsyth Tech. Since then, I have experience working in childcare centers, babysitting, and nannying In my spare time I like to play with and walk my dog, do arts and crafts like painting and creating with clay, hangout with my nephews (1year and 3years old), read and learn about interior design, and watch movies.
