About Allison

I started working with kids in 2018. I was a part of a program called the WISEE Program (Workforce Innovation to Support Early Education) which consisted of classes, events, and programs that all contributed to my becoming a childcare provider. This program consisted of 50 hours of child development activities, EDU119, as well as several hours observing classrooms. I completed that program and began an internship where I assisted a 2-3-year-old classroom and then began working there as an assistant teacher working with ages 6 months to 12 years. I've taken 15 credit hours of early childhood courses at Forsyth Tech. Since then, I have experience working in childcare centers, babysitting, and nannying In my spare time, I like to play with and walk my dog, do arts and crafts like painting and creating with clay, read and learn about interior design, and watch movies.
