Allison has been a blessing to our family. There are no words to describe how thankful we are for her compassion, warmth and attention to detail. Over the last year and a half she has provided care to our family; following our schedule for feedings and naps, getting outside, providing activities for growth and motor function, providing updates to me throughout the day, giving a recap of the day each time she left and always staying on top of communicating her wants and needs. With a career adjustment at home, we are sad to see her go. She will forever be a part of our kids lives and we can't wait to see who gets to enjoy her presence next!
