About Allison

Experienced nanny with over 10+ years in childcare, currently looking for part time employment on the weekends. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology, specializing in Counseling and Human Development. I then became a Certified Child Life Specialist, where I specialized in providing psychosocial support to children and families facing medical challenges within the hospital. In my most recent position, I had the privilege of serving as a Center Director, leading a team of 23+ early childhood educators and working closely with 132 children/families; gaining invaluable experience in creating and sustaining a nurturing environment that promotes optimal growth/development. My deep-seated passion for children has been a driving force, fueled by their enthusiasm for creativity, learning, and play.
