Hi! I'm a former teacher and experienced babysitter who genuinely loves working with children. I'm New York State certified in Adolescent English Education (7-12), and through both my teaching career and babysitting experience, I've had the opportunity to work with children of many different ages & needs. I've babysat for numerous families over the years, with experience caring for children as young as 1-year-old. I also have experience working with children with special needs. I've completed the American Red Cross Babysitting course, along with additional training in Foundations of Health and Safety, preventing and identifying brain injuries including abusive head trauma, DASA, CAR, SAVE, and managing challenging behavior in children from birth through 36 months. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident when leaving their children with someone. I always strive to provide that same peace of mind to every family I work with.
