About Allison

Hello families! With 5+ years of professional childcare experience and the personal experience of raising two sons, I bring professional reliability, maternal understanding, individualized care to every family I work with. I provide attentive care for up to two children, preferably infants through preschoolers, but I am open to older children when it's the right fit. I have personal and professional experience supporting children with special needs and neurodivergent diagnoses. My strengths include calming routines, sensory awareness, positive reinforcement, and adapting care to each child's unique needs and personality. I value open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure consistent, individualized care. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to thrive. I look forward to partnering with your family!
