About Allison

I spent my 20's teaching special education to kiddos with severe behavioral needs and varying communication skills. I've worked with grades K-12 (depending on the school year). As a baby sitter and Nanny, I love to bring some structured activities and add learning and developmental skills to all activities while encouraging kiddo's choices and independence. I use a lot of the communication and self-regulation tools and lessons that I learned from the classroom with all the kiddos I get to work with.
