About Allison

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Allison to give one insight into her character and work ethic. Allison has worked for our family for the past 3 years. Her employment began as nanny to my then 2-month old son and 4 year-old daughter. Taking care of a newborn is no small feat. Alli was patient, loving, and flexible to the demands and needs of a very small baby. I always felt safe leaving my son with her and knew that he was being cared for and loved. The fussiness, crying, and ever changing schedule never seemed to bother her, she just went with the flow and took each day, one at a time. In addition, Alli was also patient as she worked her way through the trials and tribulations of a 4 year-old little girl who thought her new brother was not a great new addition to the family. Alli worked through melt downs, tantrums and tears with grace and humor. Nothing fazed Allison. It was all part for the course. Alli has a huge heart and loves children. More importantly, they love her too. She is dedicated to this field and will continue to make a valued difference in the lives of many young people she meets along the way. I highly recommend her.
