About Allison

I'd describe my personality as creative, fun, and hardworking. I like working with kids because I genuinely care about their growth and enjoy a lot of the same things they do! I'm looking for a job that allows me to share my creative personality with children. I started working with kids when I was 10 years old when I was helping watch other parents' kids during my little brother's baseball games. Since then, I have worked at many daycares and have been a personal nanny as well. I have 10+ years experience working with children of all ages. In my spare time, I like to participate in performing arts, such as theater, singing, and improv. I also enjoy reading. I have many skills including patience, good communication skills, and creativity. I am also able to adapt with changing situations and am great at problem-solving. I have a great knowledge of child development, and always try to provide a positive and nurturing attitude.
