Hello! My name is Allie and I just finished school at Central Michigan University. I earned a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Learning and Development. Along with my degree, I have a ton of prior experience working with children and infants. I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember and throughout my time in college, I was the shift lead for an at-home caregiving team for a deaf-blind patient with CHARGE syndrome. Last summer, I used care. com and had a handful of families that I nannied for and absolutely loved it! I am looking for the same experience this summer! I have experience working with children of all ages, individuals with non-verbal autism, potty-training kids, CHARGE syndrome, and some sign language. I am CPR & first aid certified.

We had Allie two days a week for the summer. I have a now 7 month old and a 2 year old. My kids absolutely adore her. She is patient, kind and a joy to be around. She’s always on time and was always willing to stay late or come a few extra days. She’s the first person I’ve trusted with my kids besides immediate family. We would love to keep her, but she’s going back out to school. If you have the chance, hire her!
