About Allison

Hi! I'm Allison and I'm happy to connect with you! I'm a certified elementary school teacher (formerly a Special Educator and Classroom Teacher with AACPS), I have a 18-year-old daughter and a part time (mind-body) somatic healing practice focusing on nervous system and relational health. I've taught in the elementary classroom for 8 years. I have worked many years in professional personal/household support roles as a family assistant, nanny, mother's helper, driver, cook, organizer, babysitter, daily reset-er, errand runner, and more. I'm a non-smoker, have a reliable vehicle and love animals (I worked as a vet assistant and tech for years). I would describe myself as having a professional demeanor, calm, fun, patient, responsible, organized, reliable, caring and creative! I love being a layer of support for busy parents and supporting children's growth and development and fostering caring relationships. My rate is negotiable.
