About Allison

As an oldest sister to two siblings I have grown up caring and watching out for my younger brother and sister. I began working with kids in 2020 and have continued to nanny for many families ever since then. I love nannying because it doesn't even feel like a job to me. I have a very loving and nurturing nature which has helped in my ability to develop and maintain a strong relationship with the children and parents. Creating a transparent, comfortable, and respectful relationship with the parent(s) is one of my most important values when it comes to babysitting. A mutually comfortable environment between the parents, children, and myself is something I always hope for in a job. In my spare time, I like to go boating, go for walks with my dogs, hang out with my friends and family, as well as watch sports!
