My name is Marilyn and Ali has been my personal assistant and friend for a year and a half. My two daughters interviewed her as they felt I needed a little extra support after my husband passed away and Ali aced the interview with my very particular daughters. Ali has became my dear friend and helps me with everything from grocery shopping to cleaning my home on every visit. I highly recommend Ali and her help has been a blessing to me. 

Seemed nice at first, however, she did not review the finalized hours or dates for the bookings and repeatedly asked for clarification. She even attempted to alter the schedule in person for compensation purposes, despite the itinerary already being set on the platform. Her vehicle was also very difficult for my grandmother to access. In addition, when she had an issue with her hours, she refused to work them. My family and I are flexible and reasonable; if she had simply communicated her concerns, we were completely willing to compromise. Instead, she chose to message my father privately to complain about me. On her last phone call with him, she was highly unprofessional and ended the conversation with an incredibly rude and insulting remark. Overall, she was unprepared, uncooperative, and difficult to work with.

We had Allison for two weeks- she was wonderful with my mom. Would have her again if services are needed.

Allie is amazing with mom. She helps her get to her appointments gets groceries and just spends time with her. She has been a blessing to us.

Ali was on time and very amicable when she arrived. She seemed comfortable in our home. She took my husband to 
breakfast & he was very talkative during the meal, which is a great. She made suggestions like going for a walk which she agreed to and did not pressure him. I would have her come back anytime.

I recently hired Ali for transportation to and from surgery.  She was pleasant company, and that really helped me get through a stressful day. Plus she was punctual.

Allison stayed with my husband who had Alzheimer’s twice a week.  She did more than I hired her for.  She cleaned, took him and our dog for walks and he got to go with her on errands.  He loved her.  Now that he is gone, I still stay in touch with Ali.  I hope to have her stay at the house and care for my dog when I go away.  It’s hard to find someone you totally trust, and she was it.

Ali is a fantastic caregiver. Helped me out for a day on short notice, getting to and from surgery. Punctual, attentive and great follow up. Highly recommend.

Ali is a delight. She mostly cares for my 85 yr old husband while I’m out of town. Punctual and so willing to help, we couldn’t recommend her more. Although she mostly covers nights and prepares him for the day, she even drove him to a doctor’s appointment. We are so lucky we found her! 

I hired Allison because she was down to earth and likeable. She has been wonderful!. A true delight! I needed someone who was punctual as she was my ride to appointments. And she was always on time (in fact, a few minutes early). She is a safe driver. Very easy to talk with. And she goes above and beyond to assist me into her car and always drops me off out front where I don’t need to walk very far. She opens doors for me too. You can’t go wrong with hiring her, I would do it again 100%.

We are so lucky and blessed to have hired Allison.  She’s caring, efficient, reliable, and goes the extra mile without asking.  I wish we could hire her full-time. Anyone will be lucky to hire her. 

Allison was a great companion to our sister with dementia. She used creative ways to engage her. She used humor with her to get through difficult situations. She treated her with dignity. Our difficult sister would always respond to her.

Allison was very kind, sweet, knowledgeable and approachable!   I felt very comfortable with Allison as my caregiver.  We seem to have many things in common!  I would definitely hire Allison again!  Thank you for making my surgery day a comfortable one!

Allison is a great communicator, very conscientious, and organized. My mom looks forward to seeing her because Allison brings energy and positivity to everything she does. We appreciate all she does to help our mom stay independent. 

Ali is great.  Always on time, very good with communication and very considerate.  She goes out of her way to offer ways to help which I had not considered myself.

Allison cared for my 96 year old father at my home in Hyde Park. She was punctual, communicative, attentive, cheerful and helpful, and flexible. She made my dad feel special, and he looked forward to seeing her. He is now at his home in Florida, but if he returns to Cincinnati, I would hire Allison again.

Allison helps once a week getting my mom ready for the day. She helps with basic care, grocery shops and helps her keep her things organized.  She's caring and personable.

Alli is a wonderful helper to my mom. She's kind and caring. My mom really enjoys working with Alli! She helps keep my mom's home clean and organized and reduces clutter.

Alison is a joy! Mom looks forward to her coming. She takes mom out for errands as well as sits with her providing respite care for me. She also is very good with our dog who has the manners of a toddler. He listens to her and she and he bonded very quickly.
