No show. Left us hanging. Please avoid her.

Families beware. Did not show up for the first day of work, nor call or respond to messages. Wanted to give her a chance because she seemed nice and she had some good references, but the reviews are true. She is unreliable and unprofessional. Left me with my baby on the first day when I needed support and childcare.

Allison babysat my toddler and infant for about two weeks. Was very pleasant and good with the kids. Thought I had finally found someone I could entrust my children with, Then on the day of the week she knew was a must for my work schedule, she called out thirty mins before start time. The following week on the same day was a no call no show.

Tried to give Allison the benefit of the doubt with regards to her reviews, We spoke over the phone sounded like a pleasant person that me and my wife were willing to interview and hire to watch our two kids, we discussed on a Sunday &it would be good to have the kids meet her prior to being hired and we set up a interview at 5 PM on Monday, at about 4:15 PM on Monday we texted Allison to confirm our 5 PM appointment in about less than an hour and she confirmed she will be there. We waited 5 o'clock came and went Allison never showed no call or text.6 PM my wife texted her asking if everything is OK why the no show and her response was check engine light came on and she wants to reschedule, I think she added in there "I thought I texted you"-?!!clearly unreliable and unprofessional we should not be the ones reaching out to her asking where she is for her interview at 5, That was an obvious insight into what was to come with her as other families have mentioned beware/wouldn't recommend

Our family hired Allison May 2021. She worked for us for one week. The next week she called out with only one hour notice, we gave her the benefit of the doubt and confirmed she would be able to be there the following day for her regular shift. She was a no call, no show. Her phone went straight to voicemail. Unprofessional and unreliable.

What a pleasure it was to meet Allison. I would/ will be using her again. She was punctual, reliable and very attentive to my children. She sent me pictures through out the day and my children enjoyed playing with her. She entertained 3 children with out internet for 8 hours. That in itself is a win. 
   10/10 would recommend

Allison has been AMAZING!! She is great with my kids, shows up on time, and is always full of life and energy when she arrives. She has even been available when I've needed her last minute and has been a huge life saver. We plan on continuing to use Allison for as long as she's available and I would recommend her to any family looking for childcare without hesitation!

Like many similar reviews... No call-No show. 
I spoke to her multiple times, interviewed, hired, and we even had a confirmed start date. I gave the benefit of the doubt because of the previous (and numerous) bad reviews. Morning came and Allison didn't. I tried calling, left voicemails, and texting multiple times in case there was some emergency and all went unanswered. When Allison interviewed, she spoke at length about her outrage at the other review about "Families Beware" but, in this case, it is certainly applicable.

Our family was getting ready to move out of state and needed a responsible nanny for our three children while we getting things together for a few weeks. We hired Allison after meeting her and having a trial run with the children for a few hours one afternoon. Allison was kind and caring which was exactly what we were looking for. We would only hope that we will be able to find such a wonderful Nanny in our new town. We would highly recommend Allison to anyone looking for stability and a caring environment for your children.

Our family has felt very fortunate to have found Allison last year to watch our two children while we went to a wedding that was out of town for our family. Allison was amazing with our kids that day and evening. My husband and I decided to stay a bit longer than expected which was not an issue for her at all. 
Recently we had another similar family event and the kids requested to have her take care of them again if possible. Allison was more than happy to see our family again and was such a pleasure to trust our children with. We are looking forward to seeing her again in the future.

Hired & NO SHOW--We hired Allison for a full time role to help me with my two toddlers, while I was almost 8 mos pregnant. She showed up to the interview, her references were wonderful and we agreed on a start date and time. We even mutually confirmed the night before the start date...she never showed up, didn't answer calls or return any messages. I would hate to see another mother left in the position she left me! Families beware.

We hired Allison to babysit our son and confirmed the dates and times. On the day of she did not show up, call or text.

Allison reschedules our initial interview and then proceeded to stand me up for the rescheduled interview. She did not return my messages at the time or subsequently to explain what happened.

I would recommend Allison 100 times over. She worked full time for us for over a year from the time our youngest was 5 months until about 15 months, she was absolutely amazing with my youngest and my 2 older 9 year olds. Allison helped with EVERYTHING, she is kind, compassionate, patient, thoughtful, caring and very dependable and trustworthy. Seriously, no length of review could cover how amazing and helpful she is, we could not recommend her enough.

I hired Allison to watch my kids (ages 3 and 7) while my husband and I attended a wedding out of state. She was AMAZING! I interviewed her by phone and spoke to her regular employer and was confident in my choice but still impressed with how well she performed on the day of the job. She came to the hotel room with cookies (after checking to be sure no food allergies) and coloring books as well as crayons for each kid based on what I told her they liked. She was with them for 10 hours which is a long time for kids with a new person and they had nothing but good things to say. She even got my son to bed which is difficult for even the best sitters. I cannot recommend her more highly and only wish she lived closer to us so that I could hire her again!

When we entrusted Allison with our daughter it was a very stressful time in our lives. Allison made the transition easier giving our daughter consistency daily and caring for her needs. We never had to worry when she was with Allison. Her professionalism with us and our daughter was beyond measure.

She is an outstanding sitter. She was always very attentive to my little baby boy, never on her phone or watching TV.
