About Allison
I have worked at the Y in childcare for about 3 years now and have been helping kids with their homework ranging from ages 5-11 in the after school program. In high school, I was in the teacher cadet program, which gave me the opportunity to take Education 101 and Educational Psychology (and received college credit for them). Unfortunately I wasn't able to do field experience my junior year, but I got a full semester teaching in a 7th grade math class my senior year. I am now a freshman at Clemson studying to get my BA in Psychology. I graduated from Powdersville High School with a 3. 9 GPA unweighted and a 5. 0 weighted on the SC GPA scale.
