About Allison

As a natural caregiver with over five years of experience, I am passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My calm and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and create a nurturing environment for their growth. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. I am also respectful of household rules and follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child. My approach to playtime is active and engaging, with a mix of outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. I grew up playing sports so I love to play games outside with the kids! I am comfortable caring for more than one child at a time. I am also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
