About Allie

I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, and passionate! I like working with kids because I love to engage imagination, cultivate curiosity, and have fun! I started working with kids when I was 11! I took a week long Babysitting Training Course where we learned how to change diapers, warm up a bottle, soothe a crying baby. We learned various games, crafts, and other activities for a wide range of kids! Since 11 I have consistently been in the childcare/education world. In my spare time, I like to play tennis or pickleball! I am still relatively new to Charleston so I like to find places to walk, new beaches to visit, and sights to see. I love to read, paint, and find new crafts to do. I have many hobbies that I rotate through. One thing you should know about me is I do intend on this being a summer position, however, my plans for the fall are currently fluid. I am not opposed to a long-term opportunity!
